Dividend payments from the Company qualify as “eligible dividends” for Canadian income tax purposes.

Holders of preferred shares are entitled to receive non-cumulative fixed preferential cash dividends, if, as and when the Board of Directors of the Company declares them at an annual rate equal to $ 0.08 per preferred share.
